NFS Real Estate established a rapid-response web platform which simulated a real estate shopping website. Rather than listing homes for sale, the website featured tenants who are at risk of losing their homes and aimed to crowdsource one month of rent through the sale of artworks co-produced by the tenants and Wood. The website also shared anonymized audio clips from interviews with tenants conducted by Wood. The project functioned as participatory art in private and public spaces, both online and off. The project was supported by the Suzanne Deal Booth Award, University of Houston Kathrine G. McGovern and Project Row Houses Joint Fellowship in Houston, TX.

In addition, the project was exhibited as an installation in which public discussions about the intersection between housing speculation and socially engaged art were facilitated.
